Uncle Paco’s Mexican Grill 8222 East 103rd Street, Tulsa, OK Cuisine: Mexican Grill / Casual Dining Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM 5 If you're on the hunt for authentic, flavorful fajitas in South Tulsa, look no further than Uncle Paco’s Mexican Grill. Tucked away just off Memorial Road near the Starworld movie theater in Bixby, this hidden gem is worth discovering. I stopped in around 7 PM on a Saturday, and as expected, it was packed. Even so, the staff managed to seat us right away with impressive efficiency. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, creating a warm, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is a little loud but undeniably family-friendly and clean. We kicked things off with fresh, hot tortilla chips served with two dipping sauces—a classic red salsa and a unique white dipping sauce with a zippy, horseradish-style kick. I personally loved the originality of the white sauce, though it's definitely a love-it-or-leave-it for some. I ordered the Faja Trio—a classic combo of steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas. The meats were well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. The steak came in ample juicy slices, and the shrimp was skewered, generously portioned, and bursting with flavor. Served on a sizzling platter with grilled peppers and tomatoes, the dish also came with rice, beans, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and your choice of tortillas. I opted for the flour tortillas, which were clearly homemade and reminded me of my abuela’s cooking—soft, warm, and just the right amount of chew. At 15.99, the Faja Trio was not only satisfying but a great value considering the quality and portion size—I even had enough left over for lunch the next day. Highlights Generous portions, especially the Faja Trio Unique white salsa adds a fun twist to the starters Friendly, efficient service even during peak hours Homemade tortillas worth the visit alone Excellent value for the price Minor Notes Can get loud during dinner rush White salsa may not be to everyone's taste Final Verdict: Uncle Paco’s hits the mark with fresh, hearty dishes, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere. It’s now my go-to spot for fajitas in Tulsa—and I’ll definitely be back soon.

We had tickets to see a movie at B&B theatre and Uncle Paco's was a handy place to grab some dinner beforehand. It's hard to find yummy Mexican food and delicious Margarita's around Tulsa, but I believe this place ticked all the boxes for us!! I had a delicious Taco salad and my husband had the combination Fajitas. The Chips and Salsa were delicious, guacamole super good and flavorful and they were quick to bring out our food, which was nice since we were on a time constraint. My husband enjoyed a delicious "Mini Margarita" and said it was very refreshing and hit the spot. Service was excellent, staff very friendly and it was a great atmosphere with tables set for large gatherings and everyone seemed really happy. We will definitely be back!! Posted a pic of the Fajitas.

I visited Uncle Pacos for the first time tonight 10/9/24. Manuel helped me, he did a great job. Friendly, attentive and so fast. I like this guy! The reviews are right, the margarita was on point. I also had the Tropic drink. I ate the fruit before I took the pic, but it came with strawberries, pineapple and two chasers. Talk about bang for your buck. Also had the steak quesadilla and queso. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared and plated well. I had a delicious dinner. The restaurant is visually appealing and has good vibes. Definitely will go back, not far from home :)

Let me start by stating that mexican food is my absolute favorite. OMG, this place is an absolute gem! Really, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. From the fresh guacamole, salsa and chips, elote to the quesadillas its all amazing. But my absolute favorite is the El Trio. Chef's Kiss

All I can say is wow!, food was exceptional. My wife is from Texas, and is a total enchilada snob. She loved these. Food was flat delicious, service very fast, server was very attentive. Only exception I can think of is the guy seating you to table, was stoic at best. Aside from that, it's top notch place to eat.
